Governor Iqbal emphasized that the collaboration with Morocco is intended to go far beyond simple trade and capital investment. The vision encompasses a long-term partnership involving technology transfer, educational exchanges, and human capital development. By tapping into Moroccan expertise in specific industries—such as renewable energy and agricultural technology—NTB hopes to elevate its domestic capabilities to global standards.

”We are mantling NTB’s journey toward becoming a world-class investment destination,” said Governor Iqbal. The proactive approach reflects the province’s ambition to integrate its local economy into the global market, leveraging its geographic advantage and natural resources to foster sustainable growth.

This diplomatic push is expected to stabilize long-term capital inflows and provide a blueprint for other Indonesian provinces to diversify their international partnerships.
