MATARAM – The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Government continues to strengthen its commitment to providing standard, measurable basic services for all residents. Speaking at the Regional Action Plan (RAD) Workshop on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) 2026–2029 in Mataram on Wednesday (16/9), the provincial administration ensured that basic service delivery is directly connected from planning and budgeting to field execution.
NTB Governor H. Lalu Muhamad Iqbal emphasized that the RAD SPM document must not remain a mere administrative instrument sitting on a desk.
”Government must place public service at the core of all governmental operations. Various resources must be directed to guarantee that citizens receive the services to which they are rightfully entitled,” Iqbal stated.

A key strategy in this implementation involves expanding the operational role of Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Posts). Posyandu is now being positioned as part of an integrated basic service ecosystem—moving beyond health services to function as accessible information centers bridging citizens’ daily needs with government support.
To realize this vision, the NTB Provincial Government is intensifying cross-sectoral collaboration and synchronizing programs down to the regency and municipal levels using verified data.
