Driving Inclusive Growth Through MSMEs and Domestic Capital
The provincial administration is leveraging domestic capital and grassroots enterprise to steer economic inclusivity. Domestic direct investment accounts for 81.85% (Rp12.14 trillion) of non-MSME investments, ensuring that capital circulation remains anchored within the region. Meanwhile, MSME investments surged to Rp496.68 billion, keeping the provincial government on track to meet its Rp1 trillion target by the close of 2026.
Geographically, economic activity remains concentrated in high-impact regions, led by mining operations in West Sumbawa, agricultural development in Dompu, and tourism infrastructure in Central Lombok’s Mandalika hub. To elevate local products globally, the regional government has partnered with the National Council for Handicraft Development (Dekranasda NTB) to curate export-ready goods through the Gerai Balekita platform.
